AN OVEN FOR THE SLUMS

The project has intended to promote production of bread, biscuits and soja based products in order to feed children in emergency situations, like at Kivuli Center, near Nairobi, in Kenya.

To this purpose a bakery lab structure has been created (about 60 sq. mts large, with power and running water facility installed), along with availability of local micro credit financing tools.

The total project investment has been € 15.750, ended in year 2011.
